The forthcoming festival will be held in Warsaw in June 2009. We invite you to participate in Transkaukazja and to support our project.
Transkaukazja is the only multidiscipinary, international festival of contemporary art inspired by the Caucasus. The event brings closer one of the most „intensive”, multicultural parts of the world. Transkaukazja host city: Warsaw – becomes a bridge connecting East – still a subject to exploration – with West, which looks for new inspirations. Despite internal conflicts, Caucasus is a starting point for many works of contemporary artists.

In 2009 during the Festival will be organized:
- an open-air concert with the participation of artists from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia,
- an exhibition of contemporary art in the Center for Contemporary Art and Gallery and Kordegarda Gallery,
- a film festival presenting the movies of selected artists from the Caucasus;
